How long does it take to get a quote?
We send your quote within 24 hours. The form shows an estimate as you go, based on word count, languages and service. A project manager then checks it and confirms the final price and delivery date.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. You only pay once you approve the quote and we start the work, and if your scope changes we update the quote before anything is billed.
What should I include with my request?
Your file or text, the source and target languages, the type of content, your deadline and any notes for the linguist, such as tone, spelling preferences or terms to keep in English. If you have a glossary or style guide, mention it and we will ask for it.
Which file formats can I upload?
Documents (DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF, RTF, ODT), spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, CSV, ODS), presentations (PPT, PPTX, ODP) and web or software files (HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, PO, YAML, RESX). Design files (IDML, AI, PSD) are an optional add-on. You can also paste up to 100,000 characters of text.
What does the quoted price include?
Translation, proofreading and QA, for the price of proofreading alone, subject to project scope. Every quote also covers a project manager, NDA cover at no extra cost and one revision round within 7 days of delivery.
Can I get an urgent or same-day translation?
Often, yes. Our standard target is 24 to 48 hours for suitable projects, and faster delivery may carry a priority fee. Add your deadline in step 3 and we will confirm before you commit.
Can I order a certified translation here?
Yes. Choose Certified translation as the service in step 2. Certification format and acceptance depend on the receiving authority, so your project manager confirms them for your document and jurisdiction before work starts.
Is my file safe when I upload it?
Yes. Your files are only used to prepare your quote and deliver your project, and every linguist works under an NDA. If you need us to sign your NDA before you upload, contact us first.
