We Built the Translation Partner We Could Not Find
NexTranslate started in 2025 because businesses were running translation tools in one place and linguists in another, and nobody owned the result. Today we deliver professional translation services for global growth: AI-powered workflows, professional linguists and quality assurance under one team that answers for every file.

Who Is NexTranslate?
NexTranslate is an AI-powered business translation and localization company founded in 2025 by co-founders Karuppusamy Arunachalam and Vignesh Ravichandran. It operates as NexTranslate LLC in Wilmington, Delaware, and NexTranslate Private Limited in Chennai, India, and combines AI translation workflows with a network of professional linguists and human quality assurance.
A Business Translation Company Built on AI and People
NexTranslate is a business translation company powered by AI, native linguists and localization specialists. We help brands communicate confidently across borders, in 60+ languages.
We are set up for high-volume work. AI keeps large projects moving, and people protect the things that matter: meaning, deadlines and cultural accuracy.
Make Global Communication Fast, Accurate and Affordable
We want any business to reach a new market without trading quality for speed or budget. That means accurate, culturally aligned messaging, delivered with consistency and trust.
It is also why every project includes translation, proofreading and QA for the price of proofreading alone, subject to project scope.
The Founders
Two founders, one conviction: businesses should not have to choose between translation technology and the people who make translation good.

LinkedInThe Gap Between Software and Linguists
“I saw a gap in how businesses were managing localization.
On one side were CAT tools and translation management platforms. They made the workflow easier to run, but the business still had to find the linguists, manage them and take responsibility for the final quality.
On the other side were agencies and independent linguists who could do the work, but the process meant several people, long email threads, hand-offs and disconnected steps.
Businesses should not have to choose between technology and people. So we built a company that gives them both, with one team accountable for the outcome.”
“I have spent the better part of a decade in localization, working across more CAT tools than I can count.
Along the way, I witnessed how a single imprecise phrase could compromise credibility that took years to cultivate. Yet the tools meant to prevent this each solved only part of the problem. Projects lost momentum between platforms, linguists wrestled with interfaces never designed around their craft, and quality quietly slipped through the gaps.
It became unmistakably clear that the industry didn’t need another vendor or another tool. It needed a partner who understood the work from the inside. That conviction is why we founded NexTranslate.
From day one, we engineered our own platform, uniting file intake, linguist assignment, side-by-side translation, structured review and real-time tracking in one seamless environment. From our roots in India to our growing presence in the United States, our ambition is resolute: to help businesses engage the world with absolute confidence.
NexTranslate wasn’t designed on a whiteboard. It was built from years of lived experience.”
A Translation Platform and a Translation Team in One Company
The AI Plus Human Model
Every file follows the same four steps. AI gives us speed. Our linguists give you something you can trust.
File Upload
You send the source files, target languages, deadline and any glossary or style guide. We confirm scope and price first.
AI Draft
AI produces a fast, consistent first draft that follows your approved terminology.
Human Refinement
A native linguist refines tone, context and clarity so the text reads as if it were written in that language.
Final Approval
A separate reviewer runs proofreading and QA, then we approve the content for publishing and deliver it.
Your voice everywhere, powered by AI and perfected by humans.
A Global Linguist Network Built to Scale
NexTranslate works with 100+ professional linguists across 60+ languages. Whether you are entering one region or launching worldwide, the same team and technology deliver reliable results.
Linguists are selected by language pair, subject-matter experience and the intended reader. Startups and established enterprises alike get the same quality, transparency and clear reporting on every project.
- Native-speaking linguists who translate into their own language
- Subject-matter matching for technology, finance, medical, legal, marketing and more
- Trained in culture-driven localization, industry terminology and UI translation
- Every linguist bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement
- A separate reviewer on every file, never the original translator

AI Should Make Linguists Better, Not Make Them Disappear
Technology Where It Adds Value
AI brings speed, scale and efficiency. We use it to give linguists a stronger starting point, not to remove them from the process.
People Where Judgment Matters
Context, culture and intent need human decisions. Native linguists make the calls that a model cannot.
Quality Is Never an Upgrade
Proofreading and quality assurance are part of every project, not extras you have to remember to buy.
Your Voice, Everywhere.
Your message should stay your message in every language your customers read.
When content crosses a border, its meaning, intent and brand voice should cross with it. We localize so your content feels natural to the people you want to reach while still sounding like you.
From Translating Content to Evaluating AI
As more businesses reach customers through AI products, the question is no longer only whether a translation is right, but whether a model answers well in every language.
That is why we added AI evaluation to our services, and why we are building a self-serve platform on the same workflow our team uses today.
AI Evaluation
Human, rubric-based review of LLM responses, multilingual output and conversational AI.
NexTranslate Platform
A self-serve workspace to upload, track and download translations, backed by our linguists.

Who founded NexTranslate?
NexTranslate was founded in 2025 by Karuppusamy Arunachalam and Vignesh Ravichandran. They started the company to close the gap between translation technology and linguistic delivery, so businesses would not have to manage tools and linguists separately.
Do you provide multilingual content management for global brands?
Yes. Our multilingual content management service keeps websites, apps, help centers and other digital content current in every language, with only changed content sent for translation and the same review on every update. It runs alongside your existing CMS, and our own platform is launching soon.
Where is NexTranslate based?
NexTranslate operates as two entities: NexTranslate LLC in Wilmington, Delaware, United States, and NexTranslate Private Limited in Navalur, Chennai, India. We serve clients worldwide remotely.
How much experience does NexTranslate have?

One accountable team owns the whole job, from AI draft to final QA. Native language specialists and industry-matched translators do the human work, and a separate reviewer checks every file.
Is NexTranslate ISO 17100 certified?
Not yet. Our ISO 17100 certification is in progress and has not been awarded. In the meantime, every translation we deliver is proofread and checked by a second linguist before it reaches you.
Do you offer certified translation for official or regulated documents?
Yes, where the receiving authority requires it. Legal, medical, academic and financial documents can be certified, with format and notarisation confirmed per document and jurisdiction. No provider can guarantee universal acceptance, so we check the requirements before starting.

Every linguist is bound by a strict NDA, and your documents are handled securely and confidentially throughout the project. Additional security requirements are assessed per project.
